Thank you for shopping at The Merry Loo Company. Our online shop provides products that address social issues from a unique perspective. Our team inspects each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, The Merry Loo Co., makes it easy to exchange or request a refund. Simply follow the instructions and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Fast Refund:

Return purchase in its original packaging to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Purchases can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the delivered date.

Items must be undamaged and in original packaging. If not, the buyer will be held responsible for all fees incurred and a refund may not be issued.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

Final sale item(s) is/are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refills are not eligible for return or exchange.

Atomizers can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.

You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Sign in our website to submit return/exchange request online (Link on the right side of the order page).

Step 2: Get authorization and return address via email within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack and ship return package. Items must be in its original packaging. Please remember to include packing slip in the package.

Step 4: Input shipping details (tracking number & delivery company) via email or website.

Step 5: Receive refund within a week or a replacement order be placed within 3 days after we get your return package.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns.

You’ll receive an email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Note: Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and it will affect the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
